It's been a while since I've posted a video, but here's my inspiration of the day! (more like for the rest of my life!)

We spend so much time thinking about ourselves, but its important to remember to lend a hand every now and then! If your anything like me, its easy to forget what happens to everyone else when you have so much going on in your own life. If one person does a good deed, the rest of us spread that.

Lately I've been loving just about every black leather jacket I've seen while roaming around on pinterest and remembered that I have one that's been hiding in the back of my closet! I felt it was time to bring it out especially since its been pretty chilly in Southern California. Here's my look right before going out for drinks!

Selfie!

So if any of you are on Instagram I'm sure you've noticed that "selfies" seem to be all the new rage...sounds kinda cheesy to me, but after trying out some new make up purchases I felt a "selfie" was in order! Plus I'm obsessed with this new necklace I got from, you guessed it! Forever21...here's some of my selfie shots

Not sure what's cooler, myspace selfies or instagram selfless? Something tells me there equally silly..right?

What I did last Saturday

After recently seeing my girl, Jessica Chastin star in Zero Dark Thirty I felt pretty inspired to go shooting. Now, Preston and his buddies go every now and then to the shooting range, which I never clearly understood why, but after watching the movie I felt a little more interested in going with them. I can't even imagine having as good of aim as the guys in the movie but I did shoot a couple of my targets and have to say, I felt pretty hardcore!

 I think I'll stick to playing dress up instead though!

Half of it is dressing like you know what your doing right? Note to my dirt covered pants (unintentional) black Patagonia jacket and of course my DV by Dolce Vita motorcycle boots!

Definitely "worked up" an appetite (only 1 of those double doubles is mine)

Ojai Valley Inn & Spa

About two weekends ago the beau and I celebrated our anniversary at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa which is about 30 minutes South and inland from Santa Barbara. Between the room, the service, the food, the scenery and the spa everything was absolutely superb!

If you ever get the chance to go, the spa is a definite must! I highly recommend the deep tissue massage! And all of the restaurants are amazing

We had the patio to ourselves right before dinner, which was even better with the fire pits and a glass of pinot noir

The staff covered our table in rose petals with a little card, how cute is that?

Hi everyone! I apologize for the lack of posts, I just started school again, taking on 18 units this semester so I hope I'll be able to be more consistent with my posts!

Here's some more new goodies I recently picked up!

 OPI nail colors in Wooden Shoe like to know and Don't Pretzel my buttons! Plus there liquid sand color in Stay the night along with the Seche Vite top coat which I've been hearing so much about and can really say I love it! Plus to CND bottom coat which keeps your polish sticking to your nail without chipping!

I'll post these colors this week too!

It seems like every week I'm buying something new! My boyfriend says I'm a shopping addict but when you see something you like AND its on sale or clearance, why not? Maybe I am a little addicted...However, I make sure to watch myself in the sense that I'm not buying things just to buy, especially because there on sale!

What do you guys think? Do you buy things just because there on sale?

Happy Anniversary to my love!

Surprisingly its only been 1 year since the beau and I have been together! I say that because it feels like a lifetime ago that we met, and we have quickly grown into a comfortable, loving relationship. I am so blessed to be with such a wonderful, determined, inspiring and all around good man!!! I used to be the type of person who couldn't understand what being in love was and felt that I needed to continue to be selfish, to do my "own thing", to continue traveling and not pay attention to dating. After meeting P, I have come to realize that I can do all of the things I love to do while sharing my life with someone.

Babe, thank you for putting up with me every single day, for never getting tired of my tangents and rambling (at least for never saying it), for expressing patience and gratitude for everything within your life and reminding me everyday without even knowing it of how to be a better person.
